Born
and raised on Rochester's west side.
Graduate of St. John Fisher College,
Paul worked for Eastman Kodak from
1964 to 1991, holding a variety
of senior management positions in
the company. He retired as Vice
President of the Customer Equipment
Services Division.
During
the 90's, he also served as a Vice
President at Xerox Corporation,
business consultant as well as an
owner of several independent companies.
He
has published articles on the subject
of quality service and the importance
of the role it plays in forming
positive perceptions in the eyes
of customers.
Ken
Valvano
A
life-long resident of the Rochester
area, Ken graduated from Monroe
Community College and St. John Fisher
college.
In
1998, he founded KPV Enterprises,
a company dealing with business
marketing and consulting. Ken manages
the office's activites, as well
as assisting at our household and
estate sales and clean outs.
